How this works
One sign in, and the apps you switch on.
Signing in
There is no password. Type your email address and we send a six digit code that lasts thirty minutes. That is the whole thing.
Your account
Signing in for the first time creates an account and makes you its owner. It is named from your email address to begin with, and you can rename it on the Account and people screen. A household, a church and a club are three accounts, each with its own records.
Adding people
On Account and people, add anyone who needs in with their own email address. Members can add and read. Owners can also add and remove people. Everything anyone does is recorded against their name.
Switching apps on
You only get what you switch on. Ask for an app from Home and we turn it on for your account. Nothing is charged during the pilot.
What each app does
Events
A code on the table and every photo everybody took. Guests scan it, pick their photos and are done, with no app and no account. You check them before anyone sees them.
QR codes
Printed codes whose destination you can change afterwards. Put one on a box, a card or a fridge, and point it somewhere new without reprinting anything.
The rest of the line is being built. They are listed on Home so you can see where this is going, and they are marked as not ready rather than sold to you early.
